The Auxiliary of CCA is excited to announce the winners of the 2009 Scholarship Program
The 2009 Auxiliary Scholarship Program has brought much blessing. The only regret is that just three winners could be chosen. What a difficult task to evaluate and score the submissions received, as all had something valuable to say. The six judges, -- three executive officers and three Auxiliary officers, -- determined the following to be our 2009 winners:
1st Place - $700 - Jeremy Subadya, Life West, Hayward, CA 2nd Place - $500 - Isaac Borowiec, Palmer West, San Jose, CA 3rd Place - $300 - Rebecca Koenig, S. California Univ. Health Sciences, Whittier, CA
The requirement was for each applicant to submit an approximate 500-word essay titled "The most difficult time in my life as a Christian chiropractic student, and what I learned from it."
Congratulations to our 3 winners, and our deepest thanks to all student members who sent submissions. We were grateful for each essay received and look forward to working on an upcoming announcement for our 2010 Auxiliary Scholarship Program.
